This policy explains how personal data submitted through the website drvictorbatistela.com.br is collected, used, stored and protected, in compliance with the LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, Brazilian data protection law — Law No. 13,709/2018).

1. Who the controller is

2. What data we collect

• Contact form: name, phone/WhatsApp, e-mail, subject and the message you write. We ask that you do not send exams, medical reports or diagnostic details through this channel.
• Browsing data: only with your consent, statistical usage data (pages visited, device, traffic source) through Google Analytics 4. Without consent, no analytics cookie is installed.
• Contact by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail: the data you share directly through these channels is handled by the clinic's team for scheduling and care.

3. How we use the data

• to reply to your message and organize appointment scheduling;
• to keep the contact history necessary for care;
• to understand, in aggregate and anonymous form, how the website is used, in order to improve it (only with consent).

4. Legal basis

The processing of data from the form and the contact channels is based on consent (art. 7, I, of the LGPD), given by ticking the authorization box, and on the performance of preliminary procedures related to care (art. 7, V). Browsing data is processed exclusively on the basis of the consent given in the cookie notice, which may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Who we share it with

Form data is received by the clinic's administrative team. We use infrastructure providers to host the website and deliver messages (hosting and e-mail service), who act as processors and only process data according to our instructions. Analytics data, when authorized, is processed by Google (Google Analytics 4). We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. How long we keep it

Form messages are kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and, afterwards, for up to 12 months for possible follow-up contact, unless a legal obligation requires a longer retention period. Analytics data follows the retention periods configured in the tool (14 months at most).

7. Your rights

As a data subject, you may at any time request:

• confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
• correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in non-compliance with the law;
